أعزائي، زملائي وأحبتي الصيادلة :
انقذوا مهنة الصيدلة
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته و أسعد الله أوقاتكم بكل الخير والمحبة.
اولا وقبل البدء: جميع الصيادلة ، وأعضاء المجلس الحالي والمجالس السابقة والنقيب الحالي والنقباء السابقين كلهم زملائي و معظمهم أصدقائي. اكن لهم كل الاحترام والتقدير ولكني هنا اتحدث عن إنجازات وانتقد سلوكيات وليس اشخاص…
كما تعرفون فإن عدد الصيادلة المسجلين في النقابة في الأردن تقريبا 35,000 صيدلي (يزيد أو ينقص قليلا) ، ولكن من بينهم فقط حوالي 8,000 صيدلي هم الذين يملكون حق التصويت لتحديد مجلس ونقيب الصيادلة.
إن نقابتنا، وكذلك مهنتنا، في تراجع واضح إذا ما قارنّاها بالتقدم العالمي في المهنة، وحتى مقارنةً بالدول المجاورة هم (إلى الأمام سر أو اركض) ونحن (إلى الوراء سر) . لقد حان الوقت لكي يشارك الصيادلة الأردنيون في الانتخابات المقبله في شهر مايو 2025 بأكبر عدد ممكن كي يحددوا من سيمثلهم.
بتصويتكم، ترسمون مستقبل المهنة لتسمو وترتقي، حددوا من سيمثلهم في المجلس القادم، من خلال اختيار الشخصيات المناسبة من أعضاء أونقيب والذين يتمتعوا بالولاء للمهنة ويسعون إلى تحسين صورتها وتطويرها.
والله اننا بحاجة إلى التغيير ومهنتنا بحاجة إلى من ينقذها وينهض بها …
أعزائي : ليس من حقكم انتقاد أي مجلس أو عضو مجلس أو نقيب إن لم تشاركوا في اختيار من يمثلكم. ولا يحق لكم إلقاء اللوم على الآخرين، بل عليكم لوم أنفسكم، فهذا نتيجة قراراتكم.
وتذكروا جيدا: انه سواء شاركتم في الانتخابات ام لم تشاركوا ففي الحالتين انتم من تقررون من سيمثلكم من أعضاء المجلس او النقيب وشتان شتان بين نتيجة الحالتين .
مهنة الصيدلة في وطننا الحبيب الأردن تعاني وتتراجع…ان جزء من انتماءنا لوطننا هو انتماءنا لمهنتنا والارتقاء بها، النقابة هي المظلة التى تظلنا وتنظم مهنتنا، فالصيدلة مهنة انسانية لاتتجزأ ولا يمكن فصلها عن زميلاتها من المهن الطبية الأخرى..
لدينا العديد من التحديات التي تتطلب مجلسًا مهنيًا عالي الكفاءة قادرًا على مواجهة هذه التحديات وتحويلها إلى فرص. لابد من الارتقاء بالمهنة ورفع سويتها….
لذلك فإنني بالإضافة إلى انني أحضكم جميعا على التصويت فإنني وفي ذات الوقت أشيد بكل زميل أو زميلة منكم من يجد في نفسة الكفاءة والقدرة على التغيير ان يرشح نفسه عضوا او نقيبا، مش غلط يكون نازل للعضوية او لمنصب النقيب بالعشرات أو حتى المئات، تذكروا ان عددنا يفوق ال 35000 صيدلاني..
أيضا للتنويه: 70 إلى 80 ٪ من تعداد الصيادلة المسجلين في النقابة هم من زميلاتنا الصيدلانيات وانا واثق تماما أن فيكن من الكفاءة والمقدرة والقيادة … أما آن الأوان ان يكون للأكفاء منكن 50٪ من أعضاء المجلس على الأقل ممن يمثل الزملاء…
لا بد لنا معشر الصيادلة أن نتحرك، ونتحرك بسرعة!… والله الموفق

My Dear Colleagues and Fellow Pharmacists,
Rescue the pharmacy profession.
Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you. May your days be filled with goodness and love.
First and foremost, before I begin: All pharmacists, including the current board members, past board members, the current president, and former presidents, are my colleagues—and most of them are my friends. I hold them in the highest regard and respect. However, here, I am discussing achievements and criticizing behaviors, not individuals.
As you know, the number of registered pharmacists in the Jordanian Pharmacists Association is approximately 35,000 (give or take), yet only around 8,000 pharmacists have the right to vote and determine the board and president of the association.
Our association, along with our profession, is in clear decline when compared to global advancements in pharmacy, even in neighboring countries. While they are moving forward at full speed, we seem to be moving backward. The time has come for Jordanian pharmacists to participate in the upcoming elections in May 2025 in the largest numbers possible to determine who will represent them.
By voting, you shape the future of the profession—elevating and advancing it. Choose those who will represent you in the next board, whether as members or president, by selecting individuals who are loyal to the profession and committed to improving and developing its image.
We are truly in need of change, and our profession needs someone to rescue and uplift it.
Dear colleagues,
You have no right to criticize any board, board member, or president if you do not participate in choosing who represents you. You have no right to place blame on others—blame yourselves, for this is the result of your own choices.
And remember well: Whether you participate in the elections or not, in both cases, you are the ones who determine who will represent you as board members or president. The difference between the two choices is immense.
Pharmacy in our beloved Jordan is struggling and declining. Part of our loyalty to our country is our loyalty to our profession and our commitment to advancing it. The association is the umbrella that shelters us and regulates our profession. Pharmacy is an inseparable humanitarian profession—it cannot be isolated from its fellow medical professions.
We are facing numerous challenges that require a highly professional board capable of addressing these challenges and transforming them into opportunities. The profession must be elevated and strengthened.
Therefore, in addition to urging all of you to vote, I also encourage every capable and competent colleague among you who believes they can bring about change to nominate themselves—whether for board membership or the presidency. There is nothing wrong with having dozens, or even hundreds, of candidates for these positions. Remember, our numbers exceed 35,000 pharmacists!
Also, a note: 70% to 80% of the registered pharmacists in the association are our female colleagues. I am fully confident that many of you possess the competence, capability, and leadership skills needed. Isn’t it time for the most qualified among you to make up at least 50% of the board and truly represent their colleagues?
We, as pharmacists, must take action—and act fast!
